Shipping policy

We use both NZ Post couriers and NZ Couriers for our shipping.  If you are an on-account customer, we reserve the right to amend your invoice if the pre-set shipping amount does not cover the actual shipping costs.  As well as this, if the shipping cost is less than the pre-set amount, we will adjust your invoice accordingly. 

All orders are tracked and you'll get an email from our courier provider with this link as soon as it's been picked up and scanned into the courier system.
