Refund policy
To discuss a return, you can contact us at double8.nz@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4 Plateau Road, Te Marua, Upper Hutt, Wellington.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as balms, ointments or elixirs). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product for a different one than ordered, please get in touch on the email address above to discuss this.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, will we create a credit note for you which will be held on your account and either applied against your next order, or deducted from your outstanding account. If you would rather a cash refund, we can direct deposit this for you within 7 days - please let us know you prefer this option.
